Al Qasr project is located in Al-Suwaidi suburbs, is actually a real cultural leap in the real estate layout and a model for real estate development with a gross area of 816000 sqm. Housing Units
The project aims at providing a variety of housing units to meet the demand of a range of families and real estate markets. The project consists of about 3067 units, of which 267 are villas (different designs).
Multi Storey buildings
The multi storey buildings scheme provides 2800 apartments of different designs. Some of these buildings are four or five floor and are located in a housing area. Others are four floor buildings located at the main center area overlooking Al-Swaidi garden.
Apartment Building Area
The schematic view of the housing buildings is based on compiling a number of buildings to create a common recreational area for the dwellers. Each building consists of 5 floor; an underground parking and four symmetric floors with maximum four apartments each. Moreover there, is a roof apartment serviced by a main staircase and two elevators. The apartment areas vary according to the number of bedrooms.
