The "View Point" project falls in East Al Megwa, and it has been designed to be a far bringing together business and residential criterias in a successful and fabulous atmosphere as shown.
Design Considerations
The project was designed to include a building consisting of two blocks, the first block contains 90 hotel apartments in the form of 50m2 studies, and the second block contains a 20 floor offices tower each floor is 260m2. The assortment and harmony between the 2 blocks was taken into consideration in the design stage and that is to achieve luxury to each of them.
Design Concept & Project Provision
The project design concept is based on achieving a distinguished building that is unique in its architectural design, consisting of two blocks that are different in the way they look and in their heights, but using this difference to accommodate a functional division between the blocks.
