The majestic landscapes and time-honoured customs of Morocco are yours to discover. Hidden away at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, a few kilometres from the famous “Red City” is an exclusive and very private development.
The 37 hectares at are the setting for a number of present -day “palaces” in two different styles, each with a hectare of grounds. The style of the “Riads” is Moroccan, that of the “Andalucian villas” is Spanish-Moroccan, but tremendous care has been taken to ensure that each one is unique. Every house and garden tells the story of an architect’s love for his country and it is this which has inspired this concept.
At the heart of the development is a private club, set in beautiful grounds planted with trees and containing two boules alleys, a children’s play area and several ornamental pools. It offers intimate, comfortable surroundings in which to indulge in tea and patisseries in the afternoon, or meet friends for a drink in the evening.
There will be an espace traiteur selling sophisticated ready-prepared meals to take away and a high-quality grocery store for day-to-day needs. A library/media centre and a business corner will also be available. The terraces outside, with their shady, flower-covered pergolas, are ideal for a game of bridge or chess, and when a cool breeze blows from the snowy Atlas mountains, you can retreat indoors to the warmth of this large Riad, where the comfort of residents and their guests is paramount.
