This is the first residential tourist resort in Luxor so it is a very exciting project.
It will be finished to the same very high standards as previous Egyptian Experience developments in Sharm and Hurghada.
Only 25% of the land can be built on.
The land is actually on the bank of the River Nile so you can enjoy a magnificent view all the time and at night you can stroll down and watch the beautiful sunsets from the waters edge.
This development is on the East bank of Luxor and overlooks the West bank and the mountains where the Valley of the Kings and Queens can be found.
On the photo page the bottom right is the actual view of the Nile from the complex and you can see it is at one of the widest points of the Nile .
20 minutes from Luxor international airport, 10 minutes from Luxor Temple and the centre of Luxor, 15 minutes from Karnak Temple, 15 minutes from the Colossi of Memnon, 25 minutes from the Valley of the Kings and Queens. Just a few minutes from the bridge that goes from the East bank of Luxor to the West bank of Luxor .
